May is passing & much has occurred.

February’s Seed Swap was greatly attended & featured a thoroughly admired, packed to the rafters talk by Brown Envelope Seed’s Madeline McKeever.

The first 25/7 cooking experience, with Kitia of The Yellow Ducati, received the ultimate praise – “Better than a restaurant”.  Very much looking forward to the next one this Mon 29th May by Maison Djeribi featuring French/ North African flavours.

Last Sunday we had our Wild Food Forage with Philip Heinemeyer, stunning weather and the great country-side further enhanced with the re-discovery of natures bounties.

All seems a touch too idyllic so it’s fortunately tempered by spuds being set back a couple more weeks by late frosts & suffering the threats of early blight.
